Erick is an Organization Development Management Consultant with over 6 years in institutional strengthening and system development. Erick offers a blend of expertise in Grant Management and accounting leadership backed by program Management, Governance and Leadership. He coordinates effectively with cross-functional teams within organizations for the attainment of our organization goals.
Prior joining Kisumu Shinners as Finance and Administration Officer, Erick worked with Steps ahead consulting Limited where he was instrumental in capacity development of donor funded grantee organizations that Steps Ahead Consulting worked with to facilitate Organizational development and systems strengthening. Above has enable him develop analytical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as a keen interest in Resource Mobilization.
He is passionate about community development to support people into life changing situation that would otherwise be inaccessible.
