Project Officer
A seasoned and highly adaptable HTS and community Mobilizer with demonstrated ability in research, planning, implementation and evaluation of diverse programs, facilitating learning, change and sustainable development of individuals, teams and other units. Francis has hands of experience of working with communities at grass root level with proven skills and knowledge on lived experience.
Prior to joining Kisumu Shinners as Project Officer, Francis worked at Nyanza Reproductive Health Society in a variety of capacities spanning from HTS counsellor, Peer Educator, community mobilizer and outreach worker and rose to position of Project assistant where he gained wide experience in research, counseling and Advocacy projects with passionate about creating awareness and emphasis on HIV/AIDs prevention, treatment and care.
Francis is Trained HTS counselor and have attended trainings on Management of HIV/AIDS testing, prevention and care. He excel in staff coordination, team work, good communication to support community-based projects/mobilization
