Polycarp is a social scientist with extensive and availed experience in management of community based research and relief, health development and community education and promotion within Kenya from a right based approach. He has hands experience of working with communities at grass root level with proven skills and knowledge or organization development and capacity building within the society. Strong grounding in peer education, Research counseling and Advocacy experience has formed the foundation for the past and more recent health, HIV/AIDS,Pychological Counseling, Drugs and substance abuse prevention and also peer counseling focused consultancy mission including first Aids activities, blood donor mobilization and also peer education activities to reach out to diverse populations, theater performance competence in training, reaching out the community, capacity building of the communities opera, motivational research, motivational and leadership excellence as IT skills, motivated to work on own initiated but also to enjoy working as part of team and team building he also has strong foundation in Organization Management related skills which has made him lead projects and teams.
I have a substantial expertise in the field of advocacy and social policy. Along with several years as an activist. My prior experience involves collaborating with local, state, and international groups on concerns ranging from Youth issue to healthcare reforms.
I have also served as a proponent for all those who have been subjected to Gender based Violence (GBV), Sexual misconduct, domestic abuse, homophobia and Transphobia, among other forms of violence.
