Strategic Planning and Review  Validation Workshop

It was a privilege to hold a 3-day validation workshop for our draft strategic plan and Policy documents. Policies provide guidance, consistency, accountability, efficiency, and clarity on how an organization operates. A strategic plan creates a single, forward-focused vision that aligns the organization and its stakeholders. We were also honored to be joined in by a representative from Galck+ under the Free To Be Me #F2BM Program through Hivos that supported this noble idea into reality, we say thank you. We are looking forward to the launch and implementation of our Strategic plan 2023-2026.
